Here Where We Live

Molly Crabapple, author of the new must-read for the Jewish Left "Here Where We Live is Our Country," comes to your queer anti-Zionist Yeshiva, Shel Maala, to discuss solidarity, anti-Zionism and the lessons our history can provide our present. How do we fight for ourselves alongside our neighbors, knowing our futures are inextricably intertwined? In a newly religious/traditionally-observant Jewish Left, what can we learn from the secular Bund's failures and successes? What do our particular needs and dreams mean for how we fight for socialism and liberation across the world?

Interviewed by Rosh Yeshiva Binya Koatz, with time for audience Q&A afterwards. There will be live captioning during the class, and the class will be recorded.

Tuesday Sep 8 3pm PT | 6pm ET | 11pm UK
